Adjarian Kitchen & Tea Terrace

Bread from the oven, fish from the sea, wine and tea from the hills around us.

Adjarian khachapuri, grilled Black Sea fish and a glass of Georgian wine on a table in the Levora restaurant

The kitchen of the Levora casino hotel cooks the food of Adjara and the wider Georgian table: boat-shaped Adjarian khachapuri with a soft egg and butter, fish from the Black Sea grilled over the coals, walnut and herb sauces, fresh cheese, pickles and bread from the clay oven.

Breakfast in the garden

Seasonal fruit, local honey and cheese, eggs cooked as you like, fresh pastries and strong coffee or tea — served on the garden terrace until late morning.

Lunch and dinner

Light plates after the spa at lunch, a longer table in the evening. Vegetarian dishes are always on the menu, and the kitchen adapts plates for allergies or dietary needs — please tell us when you book.

Georgian wine and the tea terrace

The wine list follows Georgia's grape varieties, including wines made in clay qvevri. In the afternoon the tea terrace serves black and green tea from the plantations on the hills around Batumi, with jam and nuts. Alcohol is served only to adults of legal drinking age, and we encourage responsible drinking.

Table reservations

Hotel guests reserve at the reception; visitors are welcome too — write to info@levora.rest.
