The hotel casino at Levora is a physical gaming floor inside the casino hotel, open only to adults aged 18 and over (25 and over for Georgian citizens). This website does not offer online gambling of any kind. Below is how we approach responsible gaming and where to find independent help.

- 18+, Georgian citizens 25+. Georgian law sets 18 as the minimum age for foreign nationals and 25 for Georgian citizens, and we follow it. Valid photo ID is checked at the entrance on every visit, and nobody under the legal age is admitted, even with an adult.
- Official lists respected. People on Georgia's lists of gambling-dependent persons and of persons barred from gambling are not admitted.
- No packages with gaming. Rooms, the spa and dining are never sold together with gaming; the casino is always optional.

Georgian citizens can also add themselves to the national list of gambling-dependent persons kept by the Revenue Service of Georgia. Every gaming venue in Georgia, including ours, must refuse entry to people on that list.
